Using it

Snapping on. Snap a MagSafe iPhone, or a magnetic case, onto the MagForce magnet.

Building the rig. Thread accessories into the 1/4"-20 grid or the 3/8"-16 points. Use the locating pins where you need a fixed angle. Slide a mount along the 1/4"-20 slot. The cold shoe takes a mic or light, and it comes off.

Replacing the 1/4"-20 plate. This is a plug-and-play swap for the MagForce Universal Mounting Plate with 1/4"-20 that ships in the named MagForce II mounts.

No. This is Multi-Thread, part number 107-033. The MagForce II Universal Mounting Plate with 1/4"-20 is 107-032. That is the plate in the MagForce II Tripod Phone Mount. This one is the pro swap.

Does it have a cold shoe?

Yes. Removable, for a mic or light.

My plate is scratched. Is that covered?

No. The Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear or scratches from use.
